• We follow all state, county, and Archdiocesan safety guidelines:

    We restrict seating to 20% capacity, socially-distanced;
    Mask-wearing is required the entire time you are in the church;
    We sanitize pews in the church prior to the concert.
    We sanitize door handles;
    We provide hand sanitizer.

  • We have special procedures for this event:

    Musicians will be wearing PPE when appropriate;
    Musicians will be at least 20 feet from the closest audience member;
    We use contactless ticketing and donation procedures;
    We provide paper-free programs.

Should the health authorities or the county executive or the church authorities decide that we may not have an audience in the church on December 13th, we will broadcast a concert via the Internet. Everyone who ordered tickets will receive a URL in an email message that will work for the live-streamed event.

If you ordered tickets, intending to attend the concert in church, and you decide on December 13th that you need to stay home, you will be able to view the concert via the Internet. All ticket holders will have access to the live-streamed event.
